This is the thread I will be using to post lore on the Pallid Circle cult for the foreseeable future. Note that due to how they operate, 99 percent of this information is secret and thus unlikely to be known in character by anyone other than cult members. Still, I think it's important to document not only for the lore team but also as a primer for those players interested in joining the faction.
